    With private money now at a trillion sitting and waiting why start a new bank , bring in some of that money with public money and start now to re build .The smart growth that is on t.v ads all the time can start now ,use the money we have and limited partners in banks as a group to fund start ups and infastructure with contractors and suppliers, dev. bonds and gov .backing. thank you Carl
