I am all in favor of taxes on the arbitragers. The history of taxes and the present administrations support of wllstreat is that the taxes will end up on everyday citizens' transactions such as credit card purchases, bank deposits, checks, etc. Why not tax the $30B in bonuses at 95%. It is simple and we do not need another burocratic agency.
